CRIS FrontDesk Pilot
Approved answers. Recorded requests. A dedicated calendar, with explicit permission.
CRIS FrontDesk Pilot is an internal software prototype for business FAQs, enquiry collection, appointment requests and human handoff. It is part of CRIS Industries, a venture in development. Cristofer Garcia Almoril is its founder; this page does not assert incorporation, customers, revenue or proven commercial demand.
What the prototype does
- Answers from business-approved FAQs and records questions needing human review.
- Stores contact details, service enquiries and appointment requests in a business-specific workspace.
- Provides case export, confirmed restoration, deletion, retention and pause controls.
- Can connect a dedicated Google calendar after separate consent. A saved request is not a confirmed appointment; confirmation requires a verified calendar result.
Current availability
The application runs locally for synthetic testing. Google sign-in has been verified for the dedicated owner account. Calendar authorization has been opened, but a working calendar connection and event creation have not yet been verified. Gmail, public hosting, remote AI and live payments are not verified operational integrations. These information pages contain no application login, customer form, tracking or payment processing.
Why Google access is requested
Sign-in identifies the invited account. The separate Calendar permission lets the application create a secondary calendar and manage that application's calendar events. Access is restricted in code to industriescris@gmail.com; personal accounts are rejected. Gmail is optional and disconnected; it requires separate consent and approved recipients before any testing.
The OAuth project remains in TEST with only the dedicated CRIS account listed as a test user. No public app release or commercial pilot is offered through this page.
