CRIS FRONTDESK PILOT · TEST
Terms of Service
Restricted testing terms — no paid service contract.
1. Status and scope
CRIS FrontDesk Pilot is a prototype of CRIS Industries, a venture in development. The approved public identity is Cristofer Garcia Almoril, Founder, CRIS Industries. The operator is Cristofer Garcia Almoril; the service address appears only in the Impressum. These testing terms do not establish an incorporated company or offer a production service.
2. Authorized testing only
Access is limited to the dedicated owner/test account and expressly authorized testing. Use synthetic customer records. Do not connect personal accounts, submit sensitive data, use the prototype for emergencies, or rely on it for critical obligations. A future merchant must approve its own business facts and the applicable treatment agreement before real customer use.
3. Capabilities and human decisions
FAQs come from approved facts; unknown questions and exceptions go to human review. Saved enquiries and proposed appointments do not guarantee confirmation, availability, sales or results. Calendar confirmation requires a successful provider response. Handoff notifications are not a promise that a merchant has read or accepted a request.
4. Google integrations
Sign-in and Calendar require Google authorization; Gmail requires separate approval. The application rejects accounts other than industriescris@gmail.com. Access may be revoked through Google. Testing status and provider quotas can interrupt service or require renewed authorization. The application is not Google-verified for a public production release. The Privacy Policy explains the actual permissions and data practices.
5. Cost, availability and payments
No paid plan, renewal, live charge or commercial service contract is offered by this test. External spending authorization is zero. Payments remain TEST ONLY; synthetic test records are not revenue. No service-level agreement, uninterrupted availability or guaranteed commercial outcome is promised. Any future fees or real pilot terms require separate explicit agreement.
6. Pause, export and ending a test
The workspace provides pause, case export and case deletion. Export is a separate file; it is not automatic saving. Deleting cases does not remove Google events or independent backups. Ending a test may also require administrative account/profile/token removal and OAuth revocation. Contact industriescris@gmail.com for coordinated removal or a problem report.
7. Before real use
Real-customer application operation requires applicable privacy responsibilities, retention, support arrangements and pilot conditions to be completed. No blanket waiver of statutory rights or unreviewed liability exclusion is imposed by these terms. Any material change to data access or commercial terms requires review before activation.
